Can seekers and lids strangle and procreate against exalt, respectively?

Hi m8. I'm not 100% on this but I think exalt do count as human as far as the seekers are concerned (ie they can be strangled), but I'm not sure with regard to chryssalids. I do have 2 copies of the game and a spare PS3 so I used to quickly set up scenarios like this to test them before answering so I could be 100% sure. Unfortunately though doing that introduces a bug to my set up; it knocks all the prices back to their previous EU values and f*cks up all my squads, preventing me from starting a match with a lot of them as it thinks they're over budget. So, for that reason, I've stopped testing these things myself as often as I used to, as it's a pain to get it to reset again afterwards.
If you see me on online (not likely these days) I'll happily set up a quick match with you to test it that way though.

By the way, I liked the use of the word procreate
